Dogs who have learned life skills are more likely to be well-behaved in a variety of situations.
Training and spending time with your dog can help strengthen your bond and improve your relationship. Reward based training methods can also help build trust and communication between you and your dog.
Our aim is to help you see the world from your dog’s point of view and understand why they behave in certain ways.
We will help you to understand your dog and your expectations of them.
We use reward based techniques that are fun for both you and your dog and are easy to practice.
We want you to feel more confident, relaxed and in control with your dog.
We will always treat you and your dog with kindness, dignity and respect and provide you with ongoing support both during our time working together & beyond
Venture Dog Training does not use aversive or harsh training techniques.
Teaching your dog takes time and commitment. We offer ongoing programmes which give continued support and are tailored to you and your dog.
There are no ethical quick fixes to change established behaviour and a programme which offers ongoing support gives the most effective results for you and your dog.
We are here to support you whilst we are working together via email, phone and social media message and this support continues after your programme is finished.

A comprehensive training programme designed to give your your adult dog the life skills they need for our human world.
- 5 x 1 hour sessions

Comprehensive In Person information for BEFORE you adopt a rescue dog.
